Metal feed frames, if not set properly lead to metal contamination and black particles in tablets. To address this problem, ADEPT has developed a feed frame made of Food Grade Co-Polymer. This ensures that the tablets don't have any metal particles from the feed frame.

The special Multi-Chamber design minimises weight variation and ensures proper filling at speeds up to 50 RPM. The extra filling chambers make the powder move in a serpentine motion thereby increasing filling time, which makes this feed frame advantageous even for big tablets.

The Multi-Chamber Feed Frames are available for Adept, Cadmach, Manesty, Stokes, SVIAC, Frogerais and other tablet presses.
